The Cobra Aldila VooDoo features a specially designed, one piece, carbon-fiber rib system that keeps the shaft more concentric during the swing preventing ovaling for maximum energy transfer and added stability. Produces low-to-mid launch and low spin.

Best Cobra driver I have ever owned (total 6). Great head and shaft matches well. Never liked Cobra stock grips and the Headcover is junk, magnets will not keep the flap closed thus headcover slips off. Ended up putting a S9-1 cover on it, not happy with it but….

Great driver, looks very smart and has nice sound when struck but most importantly the ball just flies off the face straight & long! Mine is a stiff shaft 9.5 degree and I just love it!I Highly recommend this driver.

I just purchased a Cobra ZL Driver and am thrilled. The design and materials used are state of the art, and the look at set-up is comforting. The ball flies off the clubface and and the AFT Technology only adds to the overall satisfaction for this club.
If there is one drawback to this Driver; it has to be the Stock Aldila VooDoo shat. It is very soft with much to much flex. I hope that this issue is addressed and more options are made available.

Wow,Wow.What a club!!! This driver is so easy to hit,So long and stright that is is totally amazing. I all so have a S2 driver that is nice to hit but nothing like this ZL. Great job Cobra.

Really love this driver. With all the new technology thats out now days and all the really good drivers out this ZL is probably my favorite all time driver. It looks better than anything else on the market, has better feel and sounds great. Since I’ve been playing golf I’ve went through about every club made in drivers. My quest is simple, I can hit any driver good, usually in the middle of the fairway from 275 to 300 yards on average. So I have always kept changing drivers looking for the one I could hit the longest. I’m not saying this driver is the longest I’ve ever had but it’s as long as any I’ve ever had and like I said earlier looks, feels and sounds better than anything I’ve ever hit. My previous favorite driver of all time was a Cobra 440SZ. It stayed in my bag about a year, personal record for me, This ZL will be in the bag alot longer. I have a 9.5 and play it set to open. Also it’s not advertised but the weight in the back can be changed. You can go to your local golf shop and have them order you the weight kit. It comes with a 2, 6 and 10 gram weight. 6 gram is what comes stock in the head. I play the 2 gram. It takes alittle weight from the back heel area and helps keep launch angle down alittle as well as takes away alittle of the draw bias weighting. Can’t for the life of me believe anyone out there can say anything bad about this driver. It’s not a magic club. If you swing like crap, don’t be surprised when you get crappy results. It’s not the clubs fault. The club can only move when we move it. So where ever the ball goes is simply a reaction of your movements not the clubs.

Hits great! One round and I knocked it 340 yards on a short par 4. Lots of distance with plenty of forgiveness. Did I mention the best looking driver on the market!!

Just got this driver, didn’t hit it extremely well at the simulator… However when i brought it to the driving range… i started bombing the drives long and straight. I didn’t bother trying to adjust the head. I highly recommend this club! 9.5 stiff flex shaft… It carries quite high.

I love this driver. It’s great when you hit off the toe and the ball still goes 290 yards. I don’t care for the sound but who cares what it sounds like when your hitting the ball staight 300 yards. I hit alot of clubs and this driver out performs them all.

I just bought this club after trying it out at a demo day. Simply put, the BEST driver I’ve ever used. Last season, I went through Taylormade, Callaway, Ping, Wilson and finally the S9 by Cobra (which was the only one I could hit). I didn’t even go there to buy a driver out since I loved my S9 so much but after trying this club out it was just too much to pass up. Thank you Cobra for the excellent products you make!!

Great club. I have the 8.5 degree driver in the neural position and my ball striking has improved tremendously. Im carrying the ball between 280-305. Would strongly recommend this club.

This club is terrible! I thought the R11 was bad but this one takes the cake. I own S3 irons which are awesome and the S2 Driver which rocks but the ZL driver is a flop. I even changed shafts in it and no luck.

I went to shop to buy R11 but, Once I started hitting ball with launch monitor on, there was no questions for me. I tried all major brands without knowing brand and model. From the stats the BEST fit for me was a COBRA ZL. I had to get the shaft cut by an inch. I went to try out the driver at the range today. I was carring 220 yards and it was only 50 degrees out. I CANT WAIT UNTIL IT GETS 80 OUT. The shot shape was a 5-10 yard fade. I AM SO HAPPY THAT I DIND’T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING BASED ON BRAND.
